FAQs

Will my chemical peel hurt? Peels vary from light to medium to heavy. Heavy peels will have more discomfort.  Discomfort is minimal for light and medium peels. You will experience some redness immediately after but no downtime after the treatment.
How often should I get a chemical peel? This can depend on what type of peel you had previously: light, medium, or heavy. As long as your skin has healed properly you can have another peel in as little as two weeks later. You'll recover faster after a lighter peel. Monthly peels are a great way to round out your skin care routine.
Why do you sell treatments in packages? Multiple treatments will be required to get the absolute best results possible. This is the case with both facials and chemical peels, specifically. We do sell individual treatments for those who want to try a procedure first before investing in a package. Packages are also slightly discounted.
What can I expect post-treatment? A handsome face? You may have a little redness in your face but it will fade quickly. You can go about your normal day-to-day immediately after, including your daily skincare regimen at home.
Anything I should avoid in between treatments? With peels especially, you want to avoid direct sun 24 hours prior to your treatment and immediately after. Other than that, you have our permission to live your best life in between your treatments.
